Internal Recruiter – Exceptional opportunity for a white-collar Recruiter/Delivery Consultant/ Recruitment Resourcer with 2 yrs. plus recruiting experience seeking to secure an internal role and pursue a career path in Talent Acquisition Management

Join an international engineering group that provides Project Management and Engineering Services to the Energy, Nuclear, Building, and Transportation sectors.

Teams work on a hybrid basis spending apx. 2 days per week on-site with fellow team members with the remaining time working remotely

Role Details:

Working closely with recruiting managers and the wider recruitment function, you’ll take ownership of the full end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of vacancies covering a variety of different skill sets.

As a recruiter, you’ll proactively build talent pools of suitably skilled professionals and cultivate relationships with candidates whose skills and expertise align with our competencies and values.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking initial role briefing meetings with recruiting managers
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and undertaking initial telephone screening
  • Co-ordinating the interview process with candidates & recruiting managers
  • Managing the offer process with selected candidates
  • Working to company processes to ensure compliance to legislation & company policies
  • Ensuring vacancy & candidate details are accurately recorded within ATS system
  • Your Background:

You’ll be a great recruiter with a strong understanding of the complete recruitment cycle (Undertaking role briefs, sourcing, interviewing, offer management & onboarding). As you will be working within our Nuclear & Decommissioning division.

Ideally, you’ll have a background in recruiting into one of the following market sectors:

  • Infrastructure
  • Rail
  • Transport
  • Highways
  • Property
  • Utilities

Tools – Laptop (dual screens & docking station), iPhone, Recruiter LinkedIn, Multiple Job Boards, Advertising, and Global Internal Database of Engineering Candidates.

Join an independent engineering group, with over 50 years of experience providing industrial infrastructures with engineering services and managing projects that are complex in size, technological content, and safety requirements. We support clients in the design, construction supervision, commissioning, and operation of their industrial infrastructures, ensuring that their facilities are safe and effective, in line with their budget and schedule.
