Permanent Consultant – Housing Maintenance Trades – Warm Desk!

Small but perfectly formed independent supplier of maintenance personnel to the Facilities & Maintenance sectors are seeking a consultant to manage a desk focused on the placement of blue-collar permanent personnel to Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Supported Housing Schemes.

The maintenance desk on offer is established with permanent opportunities coming through daily. Current open roles include Multi, Trades, Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Plumbers and Gas Engineers etc.

The position offers a supportive, friendly working environment, if you are self-motivated and want the opportunity to run your own business within a non-corporate environment, this is the ideal opportunity.

The Permanet Consultant will have a clear route to Management and Directorship – Plans are to expand this division of the business and grow a team of recruitment consultants to service the growing client base.

Package Includes:

  • Salary £25,000 to £35,000.00 DOE per annum
  • Annual profit-sharing bonus
  • Clear commission plan that offers up to 25% of monthly billings.

  • 8 till 5, Monday to Friday
  • Incentive nights out
