Established agency is seeking a Permanent Consultant with experience of white-collar construction recruitment to manage a HOT desk focused on the supply of Civil Engineers into key infrastructure projects within the Rail and Highways sectors.
Established in the 60, s they have been supplying people, projects and services for major UK rail and construction projects into both industries for over 30 years.
This is an exceptional opening for an experienced recruiter to take advantage of key client accounts that includes Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall, Vinci, BAM Nuthall and Costain amongst other to build a profitable desk.
Essentially, they are seeking an experienced consultant with excellent candidate attraction and account management skills.
Salary £25,000 to £40,000 (DOE), Commission Structure to 30% (no threshold), Car Allowance, 25 days holiday. Pay rises based on billing performance. Grown-up environment without restrictive KPIs.
*Proven experience gained within a Construction recruitment agency is essential.
