Recruitment Resourcer – Maintenance Trades – Growing independent are seeking an Experienced or Trainee Recruitment Resourcer to join an established team providing recruitment services to the fast-moving blue-collar maintenance trades sectors.

You will be resourcing a mix of engineering roles such as Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, HVAC Engineers, Data Centre Engineers, Mobile Engineers, Facilities Maintenance Engineers etc. for an established client list.

Duties will include:

  • Resourcing CVs via database searches, job boards, referrals, and advertising.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications and creating shortlists.
  • Qualifying candidates have the correct experience.
  • Editing and helping candidates write CV’S as and when needed.
  • Preparing CVs for submission.
  • Provide interview prep and interview feedback.
  • General administration duties.

This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of an entrepreneurial team where you will have time to build meaningful relationships with clients.

£22,000 to £25,000 + Commission (OTE £35K) + Benefits + Career progression to Account Management or Recruitment Consultant.
