Recruitment Resourcer – Independent recruitment agency for temporary Construction and Engineering personnel is seeking an experienced (all sector considered) Resourcer to join a busy team delivering blue-collar personnel to Groundworks, RC Frame, Civil Engineering, Fit-Out, and residential projects.

Recruitment Resourcer Key duties will include:

  • Resourcing of temp Blue-Collar T&L workers.
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts.
  • Resourcing candidates via database, job boards, and referrals.
  • Checking workers have the correct certificates (CSCS/PPE).
  • Creating a shortlist of candidates for requirements.

We’re looking for bright and enthusiastic individuals who have great telephone-based customer service skills and would relish the opportunity in working in a fast-paced resource role.

Salary to £30,000 + Commission + Benefits + Career Progressions to Consultant!
