Resourcer,  Legal Sector – Boutique recruitment agency that focusses on permanent and contract recruitment services to the law sector across London and the Southeast are seeking a  Resourcer to join their permanent team.

 Duties will include:

  • Resourcing legal personnel for client requirements (Legal Secretary’s to Solicitors).
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media.
  • Sourcing candidates via database searches, job sites, advertising, and social media.
  • Screening candidates for a range of vacancies.
  • Adding candidates onto the database and general administration.

Salary £20,000 to £25,000 + Bonus scheme + Work from home 3 days per week + 28 Days Holiday + Contributory pension scheme (5% from employer/3% from employee) + Career progression to Recruitment Consultant (or stay in delivery).
