Recruitment Resourcer – Blue Collar

Recruitment Resourcer – Nationally known branded T&L agency with offices across the UK are seeking an experienced Blue-Collar Recruitment Resourcer to join their London team.

You will be joining an agency that has grown organically over 20 years, where everyone has the opportunity to be promoted based on personal efforts and achievements.

Key duties will include:

• Resourcing of temp blue-collar personnel for client requirements.
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media.
• Resourcing candidates via database, job boards, referrals, and advertising.
• Referencing and checking workers have the correct certificates to be on site (CSCS/PPE).
• Receiving and reviewing applications and creating a shortlist of candidates for the Trades and Labour Consultants.
• *Applications from Resourcers fluent in Romania or Bulgarian is desirable*

£22,000 to £25,000 + Commission + + +
